We have tried to make the web site design application form as streamlined as possible to simplify the process for speed and efficency. However, we suggest you read through the application form first and make notes of any custom descriptive text you would like included within specific pages of your design. In particular, the Home page | About Us page | Our services page and, if required, the FAQ page.
For this purpose we advise using the Windows ‘notepad’ program to construct your wording which can then be copied and pasted into the application form where appropriate. (see word count requirements below)

Where a Gallery page is included we would ask that you provide up to six digital images in jpg format with individual file sizes under 90k

If there are no pictures available you may substitute the Gallery page with a FAQ page or Health & Safety page which are standard.

Lay out form for online application for websites based on templates. Show small clickable versions, plus optional backgrounds and optional logos. Include design number from each ‘style’ eg Style 1 A1 B1 C1 etc (3 of each?) Plus pricing, payment options via paypal, credit card, cheque (printable form).
